What to expect?
Unlike other clinics, Optimum Men's Health and Wellness knows that there isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to your health. You can have your treatment plan in as few as two visits, in-person or over video telemedicine.

Cost?
Insurance:
Insurances dictate patient care more than people realize. We do not believe that it is in your best interest, and you will receive better care without insurance in our specialized services. Also, oftentimes our prices are lower than what other clinics bill your insurance. Depending on your insurance deductible, we might be cheaper. Cash pay is required for the visits and lab tests, but you can file with your insurance for any office visit or lab costs. Insurance can be used for medications.

Office and Video Visits:
New patient visits: $125​
Follow up visits: $89

Medications:
We will send any prescription, including BHRT or compounds, to your pharmacy of choice, and the pharmacy can run the prescription through your insurance like they normally do. The exception is that peptide treatments have to come from specialized pharmacies, and those will be mailed directly to you.

Lab tests:
These can be drawn in the office or at a local lab draw station. The draw station is especially useful if you live far from our physical office in Mapleton, Utah.
If you have a high deductible insurance plan, it might be better to use our cash or card-only lab, where their prices range between $100-275 for most panels.
